Loctite 608 Hysol Epoxy Clear is good for small repairs and topsheet delams. Also check out epoxy from marine stores, like West System Epoxy, like West Systems G-Flex.Keep in mind, you'll need your skis to be warm and completely dry before applying any adhesive to the ski. You'll then want to carefully open the damage up as much as possible, and then make sure that epoxy gets all the way into the delaminated area. Now clamp tight using blocks of wood covered and secured with packing tape, so even pressure is applied to the ski.
