Alpine skiers can sometimes spend a lot of their off-season training in the weight room in order to get stronger. Ted Ligety, arguably the best giant slalom skier in the world, takes us through his special "Six Minutes of Hell" leg workout.

Ted Ligety's Six Minute Workout

  • 10 Squats (HEAVY)
  • 1 minute of Single Leg Presses
  • 1 minute (for each Leg) on Quadmill machine
  • 30 Leg Extensions
  • 1 minute Eccentric Leg Presses
