For the super low price, the Allen Sports Deluxe 2-Bike Trunk Mount Rack is one of the best bike racks you can get for your money and is also highly rated. Although, it's basically a single bike rack, as travelling with a second bike on the rack without damaging the paint on your car can be an issue.
