What is the best sleeping pad for the Appalachian trail?

What's the best and lightest sleeping pad for thru hiking the Appalachian trail? I need a light comfortable sleeping pad for the A.T., any recommendations?

My current sleeping pad combination is the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite mattress, along with the Therm-A-Rest Z Lite Sol Foam pad to protect the NeoAir from the ground.

If you're trying to save weight for hiking the Appalachian trail, then I'd just go with the Therm-A-Rest Z Lite Sol Foam pad.
